When the Incident Commander/O.I.C. places an incident under control announce:
Fires -"Fire is under control on (Tactical or Box #) at (address)(time)"
Hazmats- "Incident is under control on (Tactical box #) at (address)(time)"
Extrications- "Extrication is complete on Rescue box # at (time)."
