Whenever a number of units are unavailable for service in the same area of the county, equipment transfers will be made to insure reasonable fire protection to the affected area at the discretion of the O.I.C.
Equipment on cover-up shall retain its own identity at all times. When a unit is transferred to another station, they will not respond on any alarms unless dispatched by the county and will be dispatched by his unit number while on the cover-up.
Fire-Out Reports - When a call is received and the calling party states fire is out, the dispatcher will respond a local alarm response for a fire at that location.
